I run a body shop and I can tell you that I would charge about 700-800 for that. You have to grind the paint, weld it, use body filler to make it smooth, sand it, prime it, and paint it. Then most likely wet sand and buff it. Takes time to do it right. Not to mention depending on the color it's possible you may have to blend the rear body panels. $400 is a good deal!
